Cancellation Policy

By making a purchase, you agree that the items you ordered are made-to-order and will be custom-made specifically for you after your purchase has been confirmed. No inventory of the purchased items is available before your order.

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you may cancel or modify it (e.g. change size, color, quantity, shipping address). After that, your order will enter production and changes will not be possible.

To make changes or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Subject: Change (or Cancel) Order {Include your order number, which you can find in the confirmation email} Indicate what changes you wish to make or that you wish to cancel the order.
  We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.

After 24 hours, the opportunity to make changes or cancellations is forfeited. Unless the items are defective, no cancellations or returns are allowed and all orders are final.
